« Overall a very pleasant and convenient stay, although it was odd to have nobody around when I came in to check in (they did have the materials though and I did not need to do anything major). The owner, from the few times I spoke to him, was pleasant as well. Only drawback was that I heard somebody playing a trumpet one night and lots of chatter the next, but otherwise a nice place to stay. »

« We were excited about our planned stay at Contessa Suites. Just prior to our stay and after full refund cancellation period, Richard notified us to say there was very loud construction in front of the house starting very early in the morning. He offered us the option of a full refund which we ended up taking.While in Milton we walked by the home and it was very beautiful.We very much appreciated the communication and refund which tells us a lot about how they do business.We will look into...

« super easy access, place was very clean and bright. When we had an issue with signing into our accounts on the TV, we called the owners and they responded immediately and came out within 10 min to fix the issues. The only thing I will mention is that the space isn't as sound proof from neighbors. Fortunately, we had very quiet and considerate neighbors. We could just hear them on occasion as Im sure they could hear us. Putting the AC units Fan to "on" instead of Auto acted like white noise so it...
