« L'organisation est parfaite: dès l'aéroport, vous prendrez un taxi qui est réglé par l'hôtel (idem pour le retour). Idéalement situé, à 5mn de l'aéroport, l'endroit est ravissant. Mise à disposition de vélos pour se déplacer dans le village. Gentillesse du personnel. Barman adorable et cocktails délicieux. « We really enjoyed Brahma Blue! Darryl was very helpful and informative before and during our stay. He wanted to make sure we knew how to get there - by going to their dock in San Pedro to get a short (5 minute) boat ride across the bay. Beautiful grounds, amazing sunsets, great restaurant with a cool owner (Chris) that accomodated my egg allergy in one of the best ways anyone has, ever. Bring a few snacks/groceries and drinks with you on day 1 as you do need to go elsewhere to get supplies....

« Dans l'annonce, nous devions pouvoir utiliser des bicyclettes mais, il y en avait que une et pas très en état. De plus, on devait avoir le transfert à l'aéroport compris, mais nous avons dû payer un taxi 10$ US pour s'y rendre. Pour la pêche et le canot, je vous laisse deviner. Vos annonces sont trompeuses pour le consommateur. Autres que ça, l'hotel était propre et le personnel très accueillant et serviable. »

« Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. »

« The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. »

"Les chambres cabanes sont magnifiques, le restaurant est délicieux (petit déjeuners, cocktails, déjeuners et dîners). La navette en bateau privé gratuite pour passer d’un côté et de l’autre de l’île est très appréciable (il y’a des horaires fixes mais ils sont nombreux tout au long de la journée/soir tard). Il y a 2 petites piscines qui entourent un bar. C’est très appréciable ! Attention tout de même car la piscine est ouverte aussi aux personnes extérieures de l’hôtel. On a eu le droit à des petits jeunes qui se petaient la tête à l’absolut à 10h du matin en se faisant des selfies vulgaires du genre bouteille entre les seins ou sur le string. Franchement d’un grand grand mauvais goût.. avec musique à fond toute la journée. Conclusion les clients de l’hôtel fuient La mangrove devant les cabanes était un détritus de plastique à notre arrivée. Pendant 2 jours jusqu’à ce que je dise à la réception que c’était intolérable pour un hôtel de ce standing. Rappelons le 240euros la nuit. Le lendemain l’hôtel avait fait le nécessaire… Le deuxième jour j’ai mis l’écriteau sur la porte pour faire la chambre à 10h du matin (comme la veille) or le soir en rentrant la chambre n’avait pas été faire. Réponse de la réception au lieu de s'excuser 1) il faut mettre l’écriteau ET prévenir la réception (ça n’existe nulle part ça…) 2) ils avaient eu trop de checkout checkin ce jour là. Conclusion : bel hôtel mais qui ne vaut absolument pas le prix payé. Bon standing mais pas à la hauteur."
