- Detached villa with private pool in a quiet residential area. It comprises on the first floor a hall, two toilets, three bedrooms, a shower room, a kitchen and a living room. Upstairs, a master suite with shower room and toilet, a large dressing room, and another attic bedroom. You will also enjoy a pleasant terrace with pool house, several parking spaces, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table. Ideally located in the town of Caveirac, 10 minutes from Nîmes, 30 to 45 minutes from the sea, Montpellier, Avignon, Aigues-Mortes, Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte, Alès, the Pont du Gard, and the Cévennes mountains. This is my primary residence, also listed on Le Bon Coin (LBC). A 5% discount will be offered for a 2-week booking. consecutive.
