"Second time staying here, first time was in 2025… property is pretty standard, nothing special but definitely comfortable… staff is very nice and helpful. Room was clean but looked worn with some staining on the table and kitchen chairs. Plus points for having washer and dryer in room, however my washer had such a foul mildew smell that opted not to wash any clothes… "

"Staff was rude, I asked about pool and she said it’s closed. I said oh no and she rudely said well you can stay somewhere else!! Do you want room or not!!! If it wasn’t late and I wasn’t so tired I may have went elsewhere! Our room was a good size and roomy. "

"The AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne was all that I imagined from the internet photos. The staff was attentive and warm with an inviting attitude for all guests. The accommodations were perfect for a girl's getaway. And the Hesta rooftop bar and lounge offered the perfect ambiance for drinks while winding down with other guests. "

"The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. He watched everything you did and would tell you as soon as you opened the lid to get something to close it fast. I also over heard a argument between him and another guest cause he was being extremely rude to him too. Other then those 2 issues. We had a great stay "
