« 1st room had a very bad smell. Desk clerk was very nice and offered another room immediately, that one had no particular smell. However, it’s obvious that the cleaning is poorly done or not at all, bathroom sink and shower are terrible, we didn’t even dare sit on the sofa with the stains!!! Loud noises coming from somewhere inside the building until late at night and beginning early morning. »

« I rented a room for my lil bro off Expedia.com, when I got him there it was dark, and there wasn't anyone at the office. Everything was dark and they had a sign to call for customer help. So I called the number on the sign in the door. A lady answered and I told her I paid on line and was ready to check in. She answered and said they didn't have anything to do with the Expedia.com and they were full. Told me to call Expedia and then hung up on me. Smh. Ive never been thru that and she didn't...
