« 1st room had a very bad smell. Desk clerk was very nice and offered another room immediately, that one had no particular smell. However, it’s obvious that the cleaning is poorly done or not at all, bathroom sink and shower are terrible, we didn’t even dare sit on the sofa with the stains!!! Loud noises coming from somewhere inside the building until late at night and beginning early morning. »

« This is not an OYO hotel it is the Richburg Inn and looks like a dump. We booked at 8:30 pm online and arrived at 9:30 pm to a sign in the window that said the office was closed until 7:00 am. They could not be reached by phone so I had to get a room elsewhere at the last minute. Expedia was unable to reach the hotel that night also. Expedia was excellent in getting my payment refunded promptly! Do not book this hotel!! »
