"We rent this property from February 29 until March 3rd. This was the best vacation ever. I’m going to start with Mark the host, we reached out to him not once but few times and he responded in less than 3 minutes. Best communication I had ever experienced with any host . "Resort and view was very good, service and food poor. Attention to finer details was missing which would have made a big difference ... we stayed for 2 nights ... second night we were the only 2 guests and instead of being spoilt by extra attention, at one point I had to search in order to find one of two staff members working that night. Disappointing after an 8 hour travel from San Carlos to get there in the first place."
