Hidden amongs the local architecture, you are not only submurged within the city, but are steps away from Lake Lugano and great shopping and...

Perfect location, easy walk to city centre and excellent service from the staff.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Lugano with views out over the lake. Easy access to and from the train station. We loved staying here because everything was at our fingertips. Highly recommend it.

Cet hôtel est très confortable. L’accueil est très chaleureux et il y a du stationnement gratuit disponible. Le petit déjeuner est aussi très bien.

Lovely pool and breakfast

Everything was absolutely stunning. The staff were very polite, the amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, full gym amongst others were impeccable and the suite was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would absolutely recommend if travelling to or around Lugano. One of the highlights of our trip and absolutely plan on coming back and staying for longer next time!

Spent Just one night after the Bernina Express. Nice sized room, good included continental breakfast and helpful staff. The room had working air conditioning which was good as it was warm. Bus out front takes you to the train station.

Very quaint hotel in the heart of the old town with modern finishes in the room. Great location with super friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Lugano.

It our third trip in Lugano and the third stay at Acquarello. This hotel is located in the centre and staff are always great.
