Breakfast was wonderful with porridge and berries, as well as hash browns to go with the typical cereal, bread, eggs, sausage, etc. Someone came around to take our dirty dishes and to check that everything was satisfactory. Great customer service there and at the front desk, ensuring to welcome us each time we came and went.
Pool was nice and had some items to be able to play although without a hot tub was a bit chilly for me, the kids loved it though.
There was a nice sitting area outside....

The property offers beautifully decorated and large rooms. The lobby and lounge areas are spacious and lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. The Bisto has excellent staff and good food.

I stayed overnight and had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly deserves a 5-star review, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only small suggestion would be to add some fresh fruit to the breakfast options, but overall it was a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend it! Luiz

It is a great suite, all basics are there, and some more. The receptionist was very nice and efficient when we just came in. Made a fresh pot of coffee for us. Explained where the pool, workout room and other amenities are. For the rest all was ok. We just came in a couple of hours ago. And are leaving tomorrow. I think the rest of our stay will be ok, The bed feels good, bathroom is clean, and for tomorrow the breakfast is included.
