Very well located close to the long strip of beaches running 15 km up the coast.The house is very comfortable and felt personal and well maintained. A fully equipped Kitchen, original Art and objects customized the place with a great deal of personality. We were very happy with this little Home.!"

"The Hidden Gem flat in Alfama was perfect for us. Small, but not cramped, bright and airy, and exceptionally clean. The bonus was a washing machine. It was walkable to most areas and surrounded by lovely restaurants and Fado clubs. We had a few communication glitches, but all was resolved by check-in time. I would definitely recommend the Hidden Gem in Alfama to family and friends."

"The house is nearby shops, restaurants and a 5 minuten drive away to the beach. The beach and sea is quite nice, but there is a lot of trash on the streets and beach. There were several things in the house which needed assistance. The oven door could not be closed, water in the shower was spraying everywhere. The garden is full of weed (we cleaned as much as possible). Two beds were broken. Kitchen utilities were missing or broken. Several window screens were broken. We already contacted the...

"Accès très difficile en raison d'une trentaine de marches étroites et raides. Une seule fenêtre dans la cuisine et quelques vasistas dans le plafond mansardé des chambres. Gîte sous équipé en matériel culinaire, deux casseroles, aucun plat, très peu de couverts et de vaisselle. Aucun placard aménagé, une banquette avachie devant la télévision. A déconseiller."
