"Was dirty, wore out & nothing worked"

"This place was absolutely disgusting! We couldn't even stay past the first night! If we wouldn't have arrived so late at night, we would NOT have stayed at all! It was so dirty, smelled horrible and we got stuck in the elevator! Staff was very rude, and they allowed homeless people to camp out in the lobby! Most of all the door to the room wouldn't lock or completely close!"

I felt comfortable throughout my stay and appreciated how well everything was prepared.The next time I’m in town, I’ll definitely look forward to staying here again if it’s available. "The house wasn’t ready for our stay. 1. The 3rd bathroom is outside and water needed to be turned on so we could use. Also, the shower couldn’t be used since the water was cold. 2. The shower inside needs work. It was hard to turn on. Had to reach out to owner to figure out how to make it work. 3. The key pad stopped working. 4. Owner just wanted to communicate by text. With all the issues we had, talking to her would’ve been less stressful and taken less time out of our schedule. "

"My wife spent 5 months here while we looked for house to buy, was very quiet evenings the have a dog run for your pets very close to stores, the owner and the property manager were always on top of things making sure her needs where met if anything happened so overall great experience would recommend them again to anyone they also have other rentals in New Mexico so can take care of all you family vacation needs "
