« Room not very clean, ac unit sounded like a Mack truck, shower curtain was old and nasty. Not much good to say about the place. »

« The room was clean as expected, bed was comfortable so were the pillows , what needs to be improved the bath tub faucet leaking water , the bath room was very dark needs more lights , The room it self could be a bit brighter hard to see when packing or unpacking. « It showed a Continental breakfast each morning. The woman at the desk stated that they don’t do that anymore! Ithink I should get a rebate for having to buy my own breakfast when I thought I’d paid for one. »

« J’ai aimé l’acceuil Et la rapidité de l’inscription. Le secteur autour de l’hôtel est agréable pour marcher et les restaurants tout près. Les tapis n’étaient pas propres dans la chambre, par contre la literie était très bien. »

« The host's check in process and communication was the best experience I've had with a VRBO. It was easy and thorough. The place itself was a great location outside of Knoxville, where we didn't have to fight traffic. »

« When I checked in, the person checking me in was too busy talking to someone on their ear pods that the only thing she said to me was asking for my ID. My card key would not work and had to go back twice and she finally activated another card and walked with me to the door to make sure it worked. The room I found out later had small flies and spiders in it. I didn’t realize it until the next day because I was so tired fr driving. I had a funeral to go to was the only reason I didn’t check...
