"Everything was great! The host was very responsive and helpful with accommodating any needs we had! The room was clean & cozy. It was also private and felt safe. They were willing to let two of our friends stay if needed as well (on an air mattress of course), despite the space being made more for only 2 guests, which was very helpful for us. We stayed for a UT football game, & it was about a 10-15 min drive !"

"Check in was very easy amazing little place. Loved the mornings going out to the porch and hearing the birds chirping. Definitely coming back and staying again "

"The apartment was very clean and very kid friendly. Lots of space. Definitely recommend it to people."

"This place was so peaceful. The country setting with the farm across the road was beautiful. The cottage was very clean and the host got right back intouch with me when I sent a message. I would definitely stay here again"

"Great little place. Clean and safe on the inside."

"This walk-out basement apartment has very nice, comfortable LR, kitchen, BA, and dining areas, but the BA is on the end of the apartment opposite from the BR. The grounds and patio are great. Access from I-75 is via a winding 15-20 min drive each way through a hilly area, although it was not especially challenging. Very nice host."

"Perfect, fun little spot! Close to action and campus!!!! "

"Convenient location to get around greater Knoxville. Felt safe in the immediate neighborhood. Quick walk across the street to coffee or just a short walk to KBrew. Great pizza at A Dopo for dinner. Easy drive to UT campus. Addressed a few concerns with host and she was quick to respond."

"Great stay close to UTK"

"We had such a great stay! The unit had everything we needed and more! The unit was clean and they provided two parking spots. The appliances were new and had no issues. Communication with the host was excellent. The host was very quick to respond. We will definitely come back!"

"This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!"

"It was a nice place and good for one night. Great location close to multiple local food options."

"This is a great little studio apartment in a walkable, fun area. It is perfect for couples or singles. The host is responsive and friendly when you have a question. We would stay there again without hesitation."
