"I had to wait 2 hours in the lobby for the room to be ready. At a glance the room looked perfect. Until I inspected the matress. It had a dead red bug on the matress. I took it to the lobby in a towel and immediately checked out wishing 10 minutes of checking in. I tried getting my money back they said since it was booked via a third party I had to do that. I put a claim with the insurance and they said said conditions of the hotel are not covered so it doesn’t look like I’m getting my money back either. I’m not a big expert but the big looked a lot like a baby bed bug. I wasn’t risking it. Nice place but I’m not sleeping with any bug dead or alive."

"I did not stay in the room at all. The bed had bed bugs and i had been scratching my legs. Also, when getting into the shower, there was insects/ants. I did not feel comfortable and left the hotel immediately. I was clearly disappointed. Never staying here again!"
