"We had an amazing stay at this house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient (only about 20 minutes from Sunday River) which made getting to and from the mountain quick. Seth was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help with any questions we had, whether it was about the house or local recommendations. The house itself was perfect for our group of 10\. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably while still having great common areas to hang out together. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot near Sunday River. We’d happily stay here again! PS… We also recommend the Brick & Stone Tavern for dinner :) "
