"Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold."

"If you need a clean place with a lot of bedrooms, this is a great spot in Manhattan. The host was helpful and responsive. The entrance is right on ninth avenue, which can be quite busy with some people hanging out on the sidewalk, but we never felt unsafe."
