"This is a little slice of heaven on earth. Host accommodated last minute change to our reservation without difficulty. If you are looking for the perfect spot to disconnect and unwind from everything-this is it. "Please have front desk be off their personal cell phones when working. Have person checking breakfast items are stocked so all guest can enjoy some breakfast. The day I was leaving i go downstairs no complementary yogurt or eggs to choose from. Coffee was out. The girl was on her personal cell phone. When I went up to tell her Coffee was out she left to go to another room. Housekeeper saw i needed help and went back to where girl was. She came out and told her about Coffee. She had to get some one to help her. Usually great service as I have stayed here before. Just saying when working use personal phone when on break"
