"This is an older property, the overall cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better. Did not get an opportunity to use the indoor pool but it did look well maintained and clean. The contact I had with the front desk was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful. Stayed in a King Studio/king, it had a balcony over looking the pool, which was a neat idea but if you like your quietness this isn’t going to be the room for you, lots of noise from people/kids enjoying the pool till 10 pm. Was gone from 9am to 3 pm and only thing done by housekeeping was clean towels and soap/shampoo placed in room. Bed left unmade and trash left in room. I was staying 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have had the room cleaned and straightened up. Didn’t try the breakfast bar, but it appeared to be all out of box/carton foods warmed up. Overall for the money the accommodation were good. If you’re looking for luxury and new, look elsewhere."

"The motel is just “okay”. Greeting at the desk by the woman there was rather gruff and unfriendly- not rude but not very welcoming. I don’t really care but it’s not something I’m used to. Only two floors but no elevator and when you have suitcases and you’re in your seventies it’s not really something you imagined. Last but not least there was a sign near check in desk that said “ ice and vending machines “. I went downstairs to get something from the “vending machines “. There wasn’t any. The place is just ok."

"Rooms were pretty clean, bathroom was alright. Shower and tub worked but the tub coating was peeling. Pool could use cleaning as the stagnant was discolored. Hot tub was under maintenance, which was very dissappointing"

"The check in staff asked for my credit card and then told me it didn't match the booking (because I booked through a 3rd party so it showed up as a virtual card). I showed him my card and assured him that it was the card used to book the room online. He wrote the numbers down on a sheet of paper (huge risk for fraud/scamming). There was no elevator. The pool had no towels. When I asked the front desk for towels I received an attitude and he said they were low on towels......okay, this is not my problem and towels need to be provided. He handed me one towel. Just one. The stairway smells musty, there was something goopy on the handrail. The flooring upstairs was awful. The plank flooring was warped and lifting in numerous places. Once in the room, we heard and felt kids running up and down the hallway playing. I waited a few minutes then had to open the door and ask them to stop because it shook the whole floor not to mention how loud they were yelling. Breakfast the next morning was the only good thing. The waffle mix was empty but more was brought out after I asked. Drive a little further and stay somewhere better. This one is rundown and sketchy."
