"It was a wonderful vacation. We’ve been to the Outer Banks many times and this was the first time on the four-wheel-drive Corolla Beach. It was great. It was such a fun experience riding on the beach. The home was beautiful and well stocked. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. Great views. Horses were nearby everyday which was so much fun. The home is in a more secluded area so a lot of the beach traffic is found south of the home. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to go. And the hosts could not have been more lovely. Would definitely recommend this home and will be back. "

"Perfect, has everything you need. Clean , washer/dryer, garage to put your beach items in. Ice maker for the cooler. Extra fridge, beach chairs. We had horse out front first night and was napping in the yard when came back from beach . Highly recommend !"

"The perfect vacation home for large family with kids! Had a fully stocked kitchen for baking and cooking. All the rooms were perfect and loved sitting at the pool. I would recommend bringing a baby gate if you have toddlers… Driving on the beach was a bit tough the first time- research it you have never done it. The host was great though and i would definitely stay here again! "

"House is great for a large group. Dining room table fit our entire group of 13. It was nice to have a theater where we could watch movies with the kids. When you stay here, you are truly at the beach."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this charming and comfortable cottage. Driving on the beach was intimidating at first, but it added to the adventure and fun. We also loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the canals and sound. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a unique way to experience the outer banks, without the crowds and traffic, this is it! We will definitely be back. "

"The house is well equipped for a family stay. Lots of beach chair and toys, games in the living room and the beach super close. We didnt have internet while we were there because of a lightening strike that fried the modem the wk before but honestly we didnt even need it. Phil dropped off a jet pack for us but we didn't even use the tvs."

"Perfect stay at this lovely house in Carova Beach. We loved the deck safely providing a place for our golden doodle to play, kitchen with most everything needed to make delicious meals, comfy furniture and beds, nice deck overlooking the ocean and beautiful sunrises, horses in the yard, and our first experience watching baby sea turtles heading to the ocean. What a beautiful time we have had in a beautiful house. Thank you!!!"
