The Sanderling
8/10 Good
"The Sanderling is a nice resort. It sits on the beach and has a great view of the sun rise in the mornings. The staff is very friendly. They will happily setup chairs and umbrellas on the beach for you. The resort is a bit dated. The fencing around the property is aged. The room was very nice and clean. There are a lot of dead bugs and spiders everywhere. The balcony sliding door has dead bugs in the slider which could use a clean up. We did not use the amenities like the pool, hot tub, or gym. There are two close by restaurants next door and across the street. The drinks at the outdoor bar were a bit outrageous. One virgin pina colada and one margarita was $40 with tip. Overall a nice resort but a bit overpriced in my opinion."

"This Host is absolutely wonderful to work with and the home is beautiful! You are a hop, skip and a jump from the beach with the amazing wild horses roaming throughout the neighborhood. The property has everything you could want to rest, relax and rejuvenate. I highly recommend!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm torned on writing this review because sharing our experience could possibly limit the availability of the house for our next vacation. The house is spectacular! The owner spares no expense with indoor and outdoor furniture. The pool is hugh with plenty of inflatables. The game room is large. The views from the house are incredible. The dinner room table was table was large enough to seat our family of twelve. Plenty of board games are available. The Tiki bar was popular every evening. We got to see dolphins playing in the ocean at our beach, and wild houses visited the house. A vacation our family will never forget."

"The property was clean and roomy. The hot tub was wonderful, and the beach was easy access. We didn’t see the wild ponies around the property was a little disappointing. We didn’t see them on the drive in."

"Great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Pool was great and great being right on the beach. Fun to drive on the beach to the house. Nice to have pool table and games to play. Kitchen is very well equipped with cooking ware."
Newly Updated Beautiful 4BR Oceanfront Home with Pool & Hot Tub

"We took a 3 day vacation with extended family for the first time. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home (each bedroom had it's own bathroom) was absolutely what we needed. It's different levels allowed for privacy if you wanted that but also had a huge living/kitchen/dining area with with decks . There was also a second living area on the level with 3 of the bedrooms. Every level had a deck where we spent a lot of time. The 3 and 6 year old were having a ball between the beach, pool and hot tub. Everyone wants to do it again next year!"

"The whole family (my wife, two grown daughters, husbands and two granddaughters) went down to Nomad dunes for the second year in a row. The house has plenty of room for everyone to have space when wanted even though we were all together most of the time either at the beach, pool or family room. Everyone did not want to leave when the week was up and that says it all. The host is great answering any questions in a timely manner. In summation the house is very large, clean and well stocked. 2 years in a row and no interest in trying any other location. Thank you Mike and Chelsea for creating a location that creates great memories. See you next year."
