"Un très bel hôtel situé dans le centre de Philadelphie, ce qui donne possibilité de tout faire à pied, le personnel très à l’écoute est très agréable. Les Chambre sont spacieuses pour une famille de quatre personnes, la literie est top et le ménage irréprochable! L’inconvénient le parking est payant (40$ par jour) "

"Nous avions fait le Check out pendant que nous attendions le valet pour la voiture , qui d’ailleurs est arrivé un peu sans dessus dessous le chauffeur a tellement reculer le banc qui a tout remuer les bagages .j’ai voulu aller au toilette , la réception m’a répondu aucune toilette !! Je lui ai demandé de me redonner ma clé de chambre que je venais tout juste de lui remettre , elle me dit impossible de la réactiver….assez spécial comme service . "

"Service catastrophique, nonchalance envers leurs hôtes, en 12 jours la chambre a été nettoyé 2 fois ils font la sourde oreille à nos réclamations, les serviettes faut les ramener pour les échanger, ont été obligé de changer de chambre problème de climatisation et la piscine ne donne pas envie de se baigner."
