Cozy Lake Home with Beautiful View within 1 mile of a public beach

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath lake home with great views. Within walking distance to public beach, hiking and a short drive to several ski resorts, shopping, dining and water sports. Enter directly off N. Lake Blvd., with plenty of parking and a 2 car carport.
    Updated and modern feel while maintaining the authentic Tahoe lake house feel. Large deck to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. Two bedrooms/1 bathroom upstairs and one bedroom/1 bathroom downstairs make it a comfortable configuration. Open floorpan kitchen, dining and living space so guests can all be together in plenty of space

    Noise carries in the mountain and we have a strict HOA so noise cannot be tolerated after 8p. We have a very particular neighbor. As we are set up from the road, we do get road noise -
