"Constructive criticism: we couldn't find a remote control that worked on the tv, bring your own Roku like we did, and you're fine. The pots and pans should be in better shape than they are. How about a decent broom and dust pan that we can use. Minor stuff about using someone else's house. 5 stars, we'll rent this house again."

"Home was in a great location, just roughly half a mile from kings beach with a grocery store right next door and water access to the lake at the end of the road. Home was clean and had much more beds and space than the photos appeared to. We do not regret booking and plan to book again for our next visit to Tahoe."

"They removed the control module from the water heater. I presume this is to prevent guests from adjusting the temperature so they can save a few bucks. No one responded until the next day - only to tell me that it was going to be 2+ weeks before they could fix it! They offered to move us, but we that would have required us to cancel the activity we signed up for and lose our deposit... There was no toilet paper or trash bags. A big deal because they will fine you $100 if the trash isn't bagged...

"The location can’t be beat. It’s close to beaches and to many of the cute towns in North Tahoe. We really enjoyed the quiet on the deck each morning surrounded by nature. There was enough seating for our family of five but would be a challenge if you had more. We did enjoy the deck, but it could’ve use the umbrella or something to block the sun in the afternoon and evenings. The kitchen needs some updating. The supplies were limited. There were not enough utensils for eating for our family of...

"Awesome little cabin. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Great kitchen, hot tub, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, laundry facilities, huge deck. Perfect for our visit. We also had a nice lake view which we werent expecting! Had some famy.for donner on our last night and it was awesome."
