The guest suite occupies the West side of the house and has its own separate entry. We share the building and live on East side of the house so we are a quick text away to offer help and local advice if desired. You will have complete privacy during your stay. The outside patio/deck has outdoor couches, tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Please note: Outdoor furniture cushions are brought in during winter months. Backyard is a shared space however, it is entirely yours during your stay. \*Eco-friendly cleaning and non toxic / laundry products used. \*Bed linens and towels are typically washed with hypoallergenic detergent with essential oil. If you require completely unscented bedding, please let us know in advance. \*Our suite is professionally cleaned between each guest, windows are kept open during cleaning and if weather permits windows can be left open for arrival as well for additional ventilation. We have an HEPA air filter running upon your arrival. Our cleaners sanitize all surfaces that guests touch and wear masks and gloves during cleaning. \*A/C and heat are central which can be controlled via an app on the suite tablet. We also provide an additional space heater for guests in case it is needed in the winter months. \*There are security cameras in the front and side areas of the property as well as the guest suite entrance. \*This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. Therefore, it is not suitable for parties or playing loud music. We get occasional power/internet outages. If this occurs, our electrical generator will be turned on in approximately 10-15 min, however the internet may not return for several hours as it depends on the cause of outages. Cell service by our property maybe weak. Kate and Isaac were the best hosts and have clearly put so much thought, effort and time into designing this property to make it welcoming and giving guests a wonderful experience. There was friendly and thorough communication prior to our arrival, and we couldn't have been happier or more impressed with the property. As soon as we stepped inside, we felt at peace and like we were at a spa. There was soft music playing, a fountain gently trickling, plants hanging all around, some chocolates for our anniversary...the decor and furnishings are beautiful and there are so many thoughtful touches and amenities (extra chargers to borrow, snacks/tea/coffee and multiple types of coffee makers, aromatherapy oil diffuser, indoor slippers, hot tub, bathrobes, soaking tub, even things like extra toothbrushes). There was also a pillow bar, which was amazing and something I've never before seen at a vacation rental. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and beautifully furnished, and the bed is super comfortable. Our dog was also perfectly happy here - he was provided with a bed, toys, treats and bowls, and was blissfully relaxed the entire time. We also appreciated the lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer and will absolutely book again next time we are in the area! Thank you so very much, Kate and Isaac! ##### Sarah P. Kate and Isaac's VRBO was the PERFECT spot for us. SPA VIBES throughout! From the little waterfall mediations in each room, the spa robes and soaking tub. HOT TUB outside and the Primary suite bed is soooooo comfortable. And I am VERY picky! Like we have had to leave places in the past because the bed was so awful. But this bed also came with SEVERAL choices of pillows. Pick what works for you. ONLY thing, there is no stove BUT there is a microwave and toaster over. And I brought a little single burner and Kate even gave me a pot, so I cook my soup. Which I ended up just using the microwave, so the kitchenette worked out great. And talk about FULLY STOCKED. Complimentary Tea, soda, snacks, SMORES makings, coffee, chips and MORE! We also brought our furbaby, Bruno, and he too was VERY comfortable. There were doggie treats, doggie bed, doggies blankets and a doggie pillow just for him. A beautiful front and back yard and plenty of parking. I loved the neighbor, as I would walk Bruno in the morning before going to the film set. We will stay here again for sure! HIGHLY recommend!! I'd give more stars if I could! ##### Angela D. It was very cozy and extremely clean! So many lovely touches and the host was very communicative. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hot tub or the tub! The bathroom was amazing!
