This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. A corner unit in the 600 building means it is a nice quiet location with just a hop, skip and jump to the beach. Build a beach fire, roast hot dogs or marshmallows while enjoying a spectacular sunset and view of the San Juan Islands. This condo has been remodeled and the owner put lots of extra touches into the project. One bedroom has a lovely queen size bed and is a bit more spacious.
