« The property is filthy, decades overdue for a rehab. There are city remediation orders taped to the front door. Carpet in the room was filthy. I and others were cutting our stays short. Expedia should not be presenting this property. »

« Staff was very good in every respect. But... The breakfast food is pretty bad. My room walls were badly cracked (from building setlling?) but not repaired. Toilet had a leak and ran every ten minutes or so, all night. Stains on the rooms sofa. »

« Prime location in Carmel with a beautiful house that included lots of thoughtful touches like extra toiletries if you forgot something, cooking oil, spices, and coffee. We loved our stay and would stay again if we come back! »

« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...
