The guest who reserves the home must be at least 25 years of age and will be required to review and sign a renter agreement and submit a photo ID within 72 hours of the booking reservation. The photo ID must match the credit card holder. A security deposit hold of up to $500 is also required in case of any damage. Strict occupancy limit of nine guests total (including minors). Due to city ordinance, no visitors are allowed above the occupancy limit; only approved guests are allowed. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Parties and get-togethers above the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Guests will be limited to 3 cars max (2 on the driveway and 1 in front of the house). It was a short walk to the beach which was our main incentive. We were able to go every day whenever we wanted which was nice. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The kids playroom was very useful as we stayed with 5 young kids. The host was very communicative and ensured our needs were met. One of the best stocked houses we’ve ever rented! The garage/playroom was a big hit for my 18 month old granddaughter. Bedding was very comfy and shower felt great. We arrived and the kids were immediately occupied by all of the toys in the play room leaving the adults the ability to unpack and get settled in without and interruptions.
