Front desk staff is far from customer centric, but we have seen some great customer service in restaurants, particularly the Madeline Cafe. It’s a beautiful property, but one that is designed to take maximum financial advantage if you, really expensive food and drink prices, built in service charges for everything and in asking for TIP on top. A kids smoothie with tax, service charge and a small tip comes to $15!
