"I really enjoyed my stay at riu montego bay. Food was good, the resort was very clean and the most friendly staff members you can find. Moreover, i thought it was very affordable considering i booked last minute. I would 100% recommend this to anyone look for an all inclusive in Montego bay. Even if i go back ill probably stay here again."

"Todo estuvo excelente, desde el personal hasta las facilidades. Los empleados muy atentos como Christian, Elías en la barra de la piscina, los meseros en general muy agradables . La única recomendación es que deben abrir un lugar de snack después de las 10:30pm ya que cierran y si estamos en el Sport bar o teatro y nos da hambre después de esa hora, tenemos q pagar por el servicio de room service, aunque el hotel es todo incluido."

"Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful experience overall. The only area that needs improvement is the front desk service. I reserved two rooms for seven people, but we were given one room on the 6th floor and another on the 8th floor. When I asked if it would be possible to have both rooms on the same floor, the front desk staff were not very helpful. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent. The hotel was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. With better front desk training and customer service, the experience would have been absolutely perfect!"
