Mildred our host was very helpful absolutely nice and welcoming, they treat you like a family here I felt safe with the three codes that you need to get into the hotel. Crystal is the daughter if you need any other accommodations she’s the go to person very nice and respectful. I rate this place a 10 I will...

"Great place to stay. Simple and comfortable. Right near the heart of Old Havana, just about an 8-minute walk to Plaza Vieja. And the proprietor was so very helpful and friendly about advice on the city and making arrangements for cabs and tours and other needs of a traveler. Wonderful breakfast was included, many fruits, coffee, eggs, good bread. "Decent budget accommodations in the center of Charlotte Amalie managed by a responsive staff. There's a café on premises offering complimentary coffee and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch items which is nice as there aren't many restaurants very close by. The A/C was inadequate as it was poorly installed at floor level and window's louvers could not be fully closed. The ceiling fan did not work but the staff provided a standing fan. Mosquitoes were an occasional problem. "

From having beach towels, chairs, coolers, etc. available for use (no charge) to being available to help at 3am with a exit gate issue. Beautiful views of the ocean, easy access to the biobay tours (don't miss this) and restaurants / bars within walking distance. "
