Bathtub & sink area molding & caulking were old & need replacement. Price reflected a minimum of amenities, but advertising breakfast & not even providing coffee was unacceptable. « This Hotel is horrible! It looks as if it hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Carpets are all stained, bedding was stained, hair in the sheets, secondary security lock was broken on the inside of the door. People were smoking cigarettes and marijuana as you could smell it everywhere. It was like 100 room trap house. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, after all she doesn’t own the place she just works there. They charged me $50 to cancel my stay. This place needs torn down so a decent...

« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

« Easthaven is a clean, comfortable, updated waterfront location that was the foundation of our trip - in that we were able to build memories with our family in and around Northern Neck with ease.
