The Green Garden House welcomes you for a holiday in complete relaxation thanks to its ideal location just 5 minutes from the City of Carcassonne and Lake Cavayere with its beaches, sports activities and water games while enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. You will appreciate the villa, the calm and the song of the birds, as well as the shaded garden with hammocks, the 3 terraces as well as the interior designed for and your well-being. You can rest while listening to the runoff of the water of the basin. You will live the experience of a recent and modern construction in wood and straw, ecological and passive which produces its electricity thanks to solar panels. You will also have access to a vegetable garden with vegetables and fruits that the owners will share. Welcome to our Zen nest in nature in the hamlet of Montlegun! The cottage has on-site private parking with a secure gate. All shops are within 5 minutes.  
  
Gîte which includes a large living room with a lounge area (sofas and TV), a dining area which opens directly onto the large terrace and a beautiful fitted and fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 bed which opens onto a 2nd terrace, a second bedroom with a 160 bed, and the last bedroom with a 140 bed and a private bathroom with shower and sink and which has access to the 3rd terrace . A bathroom with shower and separate sink for the other two bedrooms. An independent WC. A staircase leading to the mezzanine with a sleeping area with two 90 cm beds for two additional people with games (board, table football, billiards ...). 3 private terraces with barbecue and plancha. WIRELESS. Baby equipment. Sheets and towels included in the price, optional cleaning fee. Private car park.

Très bon séjour entre amis à la Green Garden House ! Nous avons été très bien reçus par Carole qui nous a partagé l’essence de leur maison. Maison spacieuse, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire pour s’y sentir bien, et à quelques minutes seulement de la cité en voiture. Je recommande !
