« The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain.
It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price...

« Great location, but would not stay again. There were dirty towels from the previous guest left hanging in the bathroom. We also found a used earplug between the comforter and duvet. I let the general manager know via Expedia messenger but received no response. »
