Amazing that you can literally walk 50 yards and have your toes in the sand. The property was nice as well. Everything that you could possibly need from beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen utensils, etc. We would have liked some extra towels but just meant a load of laundry every night. Overall, we enjoyed the location, if we were to nit-pick at all, the furniture in the living room is minimal and not very comfortable and the outside of the house needs some maintenance but it is a rental property and it's getting pounded by the salt air 24/7 so I am sure that's a tall task. Mar 18, 2018 #### Very nice house across from the beach. We enjoyed our time at the ARk. The road is pretty busy however. Decor and cleanliness were just fine. The pool is unusable as it is as hot as a hot tub. This has been an ongoing problem we heard from other renters. Very pretty looking out from the little front deck. Nice to have a cup of coffee out there in the am or a cocktail at sunset. ##### Joy S.
