This unit was fully renovated in 2025 with top of the line finishes and decor, aiming to please even the most discerning of guests. Featuring a master bedroom with a queen and full bed configuration and a pullout sofa in the living room, this unit is ideal for larger parties of up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the cookware one would require to prepare even the most gourmet of meals during their trip. Enjoy crisp, cool, breezes from the comfort of your oversized lanai as you sip coffee in the morning. In terms of location, Sundial of Sanibel is located in an area considered to be mid-island, equidistant to all Sanibel has to offer including beaches, restaurants, attractions, and the mainland of Fort Myers for those adventurous enough to explore beyond the island. Located in the F building of Sundial West, this residence is less than a three minute walk to the beach and features direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rightmost portion of the patio. In terms of positioning, this residence boasts a tranquil water feature directly in front of its patio, the Gulf of Mexico to the left, and a beautiful sunset exposure at the end of each day! The Neighborhood: Sundial of Sanibel is located on Middle Gulf Drive, perfectly situated between the East and West Ends of Sanibel Island. A quick stroll into the mainland, yet secluded enough as to maintain your privacy and atmosphere of tranquility throughout your stay. Getting Around: We recommend bikes, golf cart or a rental car, although neither is absolutely necessary to fully enjoy this residence.
