"Our family had a great time staying here. Yes, the beds are stiff, and the place has little quirks. But the views are spectacular, the pool is clean, quiet and family-friendly, and the host is responsive. The A/C cools the bedrooms nicely, and the trade winds blow through when you’re not using the A/C, so it stays comfortable. The views from the rooftop deck are phenomenal. We had coffee up there every morning and sunset cocktails at night. The condo is located on the East end of the island, which is quiet and has more of a local feel. The largest and mostLuxurious resorts are on the other end of the island, about a 20-minute drive. But we like the laid-back vibe here. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. And when you get home, it’s quiet and relaxing. You really cannot beat the value-for-money, particularly if you want a pool, a full kitchen AND views. "Property was VERY clean. We have been to almost every island in the Caribbean and we will usually see bugs in the domiciles but. Not once did we see a bug. The entire staff were very friendly. Check in was smooth and check out was unremarkable. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. Anguilla is a beautiful island!"

"It was a great place with a lot of amenities. Pool was nice and the outdoor furniture was very comfy. One thing was even though we had google maps it was a bit difficult to find - it's a bit out of the way but the island is not that big so didn't take to long to get anywhere . There is no TV. I know that we are on vacation but at night it would be nice to have something. We did go into town and buy some dice so maybe some games there would be helpful. The fans helped in the main room but it does get warm. We did open the doors for a cross breeze and that helped. There are wall air conditioners in each bedroom which helped a lot a night.Just fyi the bath products and towels were so luxurious!! Liked having a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again. Also great communication with the owner/ property manager"
