« This Bungalow is so cute. Perfect for my family of 5. Smelt freshly cleaned when we walked in. So close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Parking was definitely a challenge but was forewarned. On day two we got lucky and was able to park in front. We will def be making this an annual trip. Capitola Village is SO cute! »

« This VRBO is the equivalent of a BAD Motel 6. There were dead insects in the utensil drawer, mold in the freezer (ice cube trays), dirty and unwashed kitchen towels and oven mitts, fruit flies, the floor was never swept, vacuumed or moped as it was covered with sand, dust and debris. The “AC” is a single wall unit from the 1970’s and the portable fans are unable to stand on their own as they are unbalanced. « The house is spacious and clean and placed in the perfect area of Capitola. We stay in Capitola annually and this has been the best place yet! Honestly I can’t think of a single complaint. It is super secured so we felt safe leaving the teens while we did date night. The set up creates privacy as well so it is a great place for families while still giving you couple time. »

« This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves. »

« Great location. My wife uses a walker therefore stairs are near impossible. The host said the main floor was walker-accessible from back patio. WRONG! Only the downstairs bedroom and laundry are accessible by walker. Living, Kitchen and Dining are all upstairs making communication with the rest of the family near impossible. The fireplace did not work. String lights outside did not work. Beds are waaaay too hard. Nice place, but not if someone has physical challenges. Check ahead of time to make...
