"The property is nestled within the Nisene Marks redwood forest. Beautiful setting. It was well suited with 3 queen rooms for 3 couples. We also enjoyed including our dogs. It was a fun experience for all and met our needs. "

"Perfect, cozy cottage. About a block from the beach, fully equipped kitchen, beach gear, and furnishings. Very responsive host (2 very minor questions). Loved the quiet and vibes of Aptos and Rio Del Mar…wish we could have stayed longer! "

"We had a very nice three night stay. The house is spacious, uncluttered and functional. If I could wish for something I think adding an outdoor firepit and BBQ would be nice. Maybe a dining table on the very nice large upstairs terrace and some additional furniture. The location is hard to beat, just a few steps from Pleasure Point."
