Step outside to a deck with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and breathtaking ocean views. A short stroll to Rio Del Mar Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, & more. This home was built in the early 1940's and holds some of the original character like plaster walls & original doors but it's been updated with modern staples like central heat, updated kitchen, windows, & interior finishes. The Space: \- Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests \- 2 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds (bunk bed) \- 1 bathroom (shower only, no bath tub) \- There’s space for 2 cars in the driveway, and free street parking is available nearby—just keep in mind that spots can be hard to find during the busy season. \- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drop coffee maker \- Living room \- Deck w/ outdoor seating & BBQ Note: \- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) \- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. \- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. \- NO PETS \- Down alternative pillows and comforter \- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home, except a locked closet that is reserved for storage.
