« Un appartement très bien placé entre la plage de Porto Pim et le centre d'Horta. Beaux volumes, bonne literie, bien équipé mais les finissions et le ménage pourraient être plus soignés (lunette de wc qui bouge, ficelle des stores collantes, armoire avec une porte qui ne coulisse pas, douchette qui fuit). De plus on entend un peu les voisins et dans la chambre côté rue on voit la lumière du réverbère pour dormir, il faudrait un store occultant. Personnel très sympathique. Un endroit parfait pour...

« Von den 4 Unterkünften, die wir in diesem Urlaub auf den Azoren hatten, ist dies die Einzige, die wir nicht empfehlen können. Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung, dementsprechend war die Temperatur im Inneren bei 16 Grad und über 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit. Die Wohnung war also kalt und klamm, in den Schränken und Kommoden riecht es modrig. Erst auf Nachfrage...

« Pros: We were upgraded to a three bedroom apartment in the same block. The apartment is very spacious with an attractive terrace and fabulous view of Pico island. It is very tastefully furnished with antiques which have been lovingly restored. Dora was very kind and communication with her was excellent. She left us a lovely welcome hamper of local food. Highly recommended property. Cons: Only the weather! »
