The 11 Camps Bay is an exceptionally engineered 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom modern private luxury villa and is located in the prestigious Camps Bay, showcasing unparalleled elegance and sophistication. Designed for entertainment, relaxation and an abundance of natural light, this beautiful holiday home offers a seamless indoor/outdoor open floor plan and impressive scale rooms with views of the Atlantic Ocean.  
  
The villa features an open floor plan on the first floor with a sunroom, formal lounge, music lounge, dining room, wine cellar, kitchen, guest bathroom and scullery. The downstairs room features an extra-length king bed suite with an en-suite bathroom and a private outdoor patio. On the second floor, which is also the entrance to the villa, one can find 3 additional bedrooms, all with their own private patios. The third floor boasts a spacious family suite with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and an additional lounge with a sleeper couch.  
All rooms in the villa have sweeping views out onto Camps Bay’s prestigious white sandy beaches.  
  
Additional features include an inverter / solar panels for loadshedding, gym, pool, rooftop retreat with hot tub, private parking, and laundry room. The home is also equipped with a security system.
