Fantastic views. Very clean. Secure and easy access. I didn't like the fact that they wanted to charge for late check in (after 5!) but they were very flexible in accommodating me without a fee. Would stay there again!

Het uitzicht is grandioos. De ruimte van de kamer is erg groot.de douches zijn formidabel. Ik hag goede privacy, doordat je op het balkon geen inkijk had op de buren. Alles is in de kamer aanwezig.

Cleaning overcharge, poor condition

They overcharged us by R30 from the amount confirmed by hotels.com. When I queried it, the guy just shrugged and said the lady in charge said she made a mistake. R30 is not a lot, but it's the principle that counts, and they should've honoured the confirmed amount. If they overcharge each customer, they can start themselves a nice little nest egg. Especially as the pictures prove, it's not exactly cleaned very well. The cleaning charges slso increased massively in the last 9 months since our previous visit(in a better flat). We have been using these flats for 15 years, and this flat, A104, was certainly the one in the poorest condition. The taps and shower shelf were really dirty. There's only one towel rail in a massive bathroom, with no other towel hanging space. The clothes line in the bathroom is broken. We had to concoct a way to use the clothes line with our own hooks, as the house rules does not allow clothes to be hung on the balcony for drying. The tiles were coming away from the wall in the bathroom, and on the kitchen counter. The kitchen drawers are broken. The fridge is all frozen thick. They provide a sponge for washing dishes, but no tea towel to dry anything or for use of taking something hot from the oven. The owner should really sort all these issues, as they are certainly raking enough in from tourists to be able to afford it.

Our Room...

It's a well positioned room in a beautiful area with the nice view of the beaches all along the road.The weekend was just a very noisy one from across the beach and the street,because of that we could not sleep nicely between Friday & Saturday.The room we were staying in was not so homely.Furniture there needs serious upgrading to give a visitor a feeling of home away from home.It also needs at least 2 or 3 nice wall paintings to add to the feeling of being away.

It was a fabulous family get away . the apartment was perfect to say the least. it was close to the beach, shops, restaurants and take- aways. The neighborhood was safe clean and peaceful. The view from our apartment was stunning , we could see Table mountain and we were just across the road from the beach with awesome kite surfers every afternoon. We will definitely recommend this fully equipped, upmarket and safe apartment .

Absolutely lovely

Flat was newly refurbished and in excellent condition. Beautiful views. Excellent again. I do think they should supply pool towels though. Don't forget the cleaning fee to be paid there, I was dubious, but then read it in my small print in my booking form.

Please provide WiFi athe apartments

We had a great stay overall, but linen and towels was not changed since we arrived (booked for 5days). WiFi was a desaster, as there is no WiFi available at the apartments as advertised, u have to buy ur own air time. The bathroom door handle was proken. I was challenged to do my laundry as there was complex laundry instructions regarding the laundry room and the washing machines, thus has to wash the clothes with my hands in the bath. The overall stay was excellent.

Appartamento locato davanti alla spiaggia con una vista da mozzafiato! A 25 min da Cape Town e dall'aeroporto ma molto ben comunicato. Inconvenienti: abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto freddo. Solo una piccola stufa x riscaldare. Non abbiamo visto nessun responsabile ne al check-in ne al check-out. Non abbiamo avuto la password del Wi-Fi cosa che ci ha isolato parecchio del mondo.. Arredamento molto basico. Le pulizie le hanno fatto solo un giorno ( non nel week end! ). Per fortuna ci siamo stati solo x dormire. Zona tranquilla comunque con ristoranti vicini

Booked two rooms thought they were in one apartment but no and the two rooms were one at one side of the complex the other at the other. if you book two rooms at the same time they should be next to each other not very good for one family should have been told this when booking. Not happy

Fui enganada e lesada financeiramente.

Chegamos lá fomos explorados pelo preço do WIFI, altíssimo, usamos um dia o que foi prometido, 2 megas, pagamos 400 rands mais 500 rands o depósito, em torno de 120 reais por um dia. Devolvemos e ficamos 6 dias sem internet. Minha reserva foi com café da manhã chegamos e o hotel não oferece café da manhã, conversei com o responsável e nada foi feito. Quero saber como faço para obter o reeembolso de 28 cafés da manhã, 4 pessoas por 7 dias. No mais tudo correu bem. Na volta tive que sair procurando um taxi pela rua para ir ao aeroporto, o funcionário nem fez uma ligação para chamar um taxi a fim de nos auxiliar, estrangeiros, enfim, no posto de gasolina pudemos obter ajuda.

Der Check In erfolgte anonym mit der Übergabe des Schlüssels aus einem Key-Safe. Der Code für den Save wurde per Mail ein paar Tage vorher zugesendet. Die Qualität der Ausstattungsgegenstände ist gut (luxury ist übertrieben).
