Walkable distance from the V&A Wharf complex and restaurants. Good building security and access to the canal. This particular unit would benefit from a deep cleaning occasionally...tile grout, around the kitchen sink, microwave, etc. Proper clothes washing soap was provided but none for the dishwasher. Overall, decent value for money. Recommend reversing the door opening on the fridge (easy to do with common tools) so it opens toward the kitchen area rather than the sleeping area...a minor annoyance.

This was a great room, with plenty of space and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The hotel was an apartment that was small and very smelly. 2 young guys was in the hallway taking information that really didn’t help at all. We also had to check into another hotel due to this being a very horrible apartment. I really really can’t stress how bad this place was, the owner is no help n also did not provide a refund or try to accommodate us in any way.

The hotel is not as advertised in Expedia. It is not a hotel it’s a studio apartments. The description in Expedia is very misleading. Other travelers have complained about that before, as gar as 3 years ago) I unfortunately did not read the reviews so far back and got dipped. Swiming pool broken, extra twin sofa bed totally crookedly and uncomfortable, no breakfast facilities ( contrary to advertised it) a total mess. We up and went one night after arrival.

Seulement une serviette de plage pour deux personnes A chaque jours moustique arrive dans la salle de bain. Insonorisation TRÈS déficiente. Ont entend tout de l’autoroute en face, les bateau de croisière qui crie avec leurs sirènes trois fois, deux jours semaines et les enfants ou femmes de ménage qui se parle fort dans couloirs ont a l’impression que la porte d’entree est grande ouvert , ce qui n’est pas le cas. Lebnettoyage de la chambre le dimanche et le premier janvier, par contre ont payé quand même le plein prix et ce n’est pas donné. Le devant aurais besoin d’être rafraîchie ou remplacé, il est vraiment vieux et fatigué

Not as advertised!

We have stayed in this apartment block before and the facilities and location are good. I would never book 702 again as this is a specific apartment number. It's advertised as a 1 bedroom but it's NOT it's a studio. There is a folding wall separating the bedroom area to the kitchen and living room. The STUDIO is overpriced and the owner does not seam inclined to amend the description and I felt deceived by this. I would recommend staying in Canal Quays but NOT in this studio.

This is a convenient self-catering on buisiness. Walking distance to V&A waterfront and CTICC. The room is equipped with kitchen, laundry machine, free-Wifi, so you can have a good time even if you stay here in a long period.
