The hotel is located on a busy street, many businesses in the area, and it is very noisy in the early morning hours. There is a homeless shelter across the street, this does not create noise or disturbances, but might be a factor for some when booking a room.

The staff was so attentive to our needs. When we arrived our mini fridge was not cooling so they immediately sent someone to repair for us. We were only in Portland for one night but would have definitely stayed here if we had more time to stay. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Loved this property. It was beautiful, comfortable, friendly and convenient. I do with the rooms had coffee in them, but I wouldn’t even call that a flaw. Absolutely would stay here again.
