"The biggest complaint I might have would be the air conditioner (window unit) struggled mightily to get the room cool. It was 90+ everyday and my wife and I are not accustomed to these temps. That would be my only let down for the price and location. Other than that the rental was as described and George sounded like a heck of a good guy."

However, there must be some septic system issues as there was road work/septic work being done directly at the opening of the parking lot to the apartments/units. Parking was a nightmare as the spaces are far too close.
