"The property management and security allowed a drunken wedding party to endanger children on the floating dock, knocking one off and hitting her head. Also, allowed for them to physically assault a man, and verbally threaten a woman’s life. Hilton failed to remove the guest and provide a safe environment. "

"We stayed for two nights with kids. The hotel has many fun activities for the whole family. The staff is so friendly (Housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and etc! All very friendly) We did a cabana on our pool day, and our server Gabriel was awesome. Very attentive and allowed us to have separate bills. He was very patient and kind to the kids in our group. A+ Service from Gabriel. Our only pool complaint would be that there is not enough seating to accommodate all the guests. We really had no choice but to do a cabana as there were zero chairs available. We were lucky to snag the last cabana which is smaller and less private than the others. The location was great. We didn't realize it was comic con at the convention center that weekend, so the traffic was really bad on Saturday but the non-event days were fine. I love that this hotel allows walking distance to T-Mobile district which is fun for kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to OSJ, I didn't get to use it so I can't review it. But it was nice that it was an option. I'd stay here again. "

"The room was very clean. They don't have a parking in the facility, but the parking lot in front of the building is a safe one."

"Stayed for 2 nights. The shower wasn’t our favorite but otherwise it was a nice place. The rooftop was beautiful. When I had issues getting in, I called the host and he answered quickly. Took us a minute to figure out parking but that was typical for San Juan. 20 minutes from old San Juan and Ubers were affordable (we were advised to avoid driving in old San Juan)"

"Listing was accurate. Low price but all the basics were covered and my daughter and I were safe and comfortable. There was parking but- we went to a different beach or activity each day and Lyfts were 9-13 each way. Central location! It was cheaper than a car. Owner was responsive and neighbors were all friendly. WiFi allowed me to work and the kitchen allowed us to have breakfast each morning and a snack each evening. We were enjoying the island all day and had early dinner out. "
