"The room was clean but the maintenance of the room was poor. The Spicket on the whirlpool tub was not attached and fell off plus the water would not stay in the whirlpool tub. There was construction going on for the hotel and they were working on a Sunday at 9:30 in the morning. I thought that was a bit inconvenient."

"I rented here for a family party. Property was clean and very pleasant! Host provided welcoming touches and extras, like a box of packaged snacks, coffee, plenty of soaps. Bedding was good and there were plenty of towels. Decor added to the warm feel of the home. We enjoyed the record player and variety of albums. There was plenty of wood for our bonfires. Everyone enjoyed our stay. We would rent here again."

"At the front desk they had a posted policy about quiet time beginning at 10:00 PM. Despite that, the person in the next room had his TV on so loud that if felt as though he was in our room with us. This went on all night. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was in pain no matter which way I turned. Between these two things, I was unable to sleep last night."

"Overall the building is a tad outdated. The pool that is listed as a heated pool is in fact a freezing cold pool. Staff was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, jetted tub was nice after you personally clean it. "

"My stay here was wonderful. The hosts went above and beyond for me during an absolute horrible time and trial in my life. Deb and Bernie, I will always be grateful to you both may God bless you!"

"Such a beautiful secluded cabin! Centrally located to town allowed quick access to all our family events we traveled for. Home is spacious with beautiful touches throughout. The only thing I would change/recommend is to bring a child gate if you are traveling with children for the stairs. Otherwise everything was perfect! The extra touches Ashley left for us made our trip even more special! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Marlette!"

"This is the second time we have visited country in the city and it was as great as the first time! The home is spacious, located close to town and met all our needs. We had my dad this time and it is a one level living with only 2 steps into the home which was perfect for him. We will always choose this home as our first chose when visiting Marlette MI. Thank you for all the little extra touches. We loved them!"
