The apartment features newer kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, and newer sink, newer flooring and fresh paint, Sleeps up to 3 on a newer queen bed and a fold out full sized sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigeration, Keurig, fine china and stemware, new linens and towels, on site laundry. The bath and linens are sanitized with bleach. Unit utilities are 100% electric, so no need for a CO2 or gas detector.
You get the whole apartment, a community barbecue, picnic table, plus access to onsite laundry facilities.

** Please inquire about sleeping more than 2 at this location. Sofa bed is not made up unless prior arrangements have been made. And there will be extra $25 for using the sofabed (housekeeping and laundry.).
