You will essentially be using the restroom within 5 feet of whoever is in the room with you. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use it to charge my phone. His kindness, genuine concern, and willingness to help truly stood out. The level of care he showed was beyond any customer service I’ve experienced before."
