RESIDENCE "Il Gabbiano" - apartment in the center of Cannobio with lake view

Residence "Il Gabbiano" is a splendid historic house located on the lakeside of Cannobio.
It has a large balcony with an enchanting panoramic view of Lake Maggiore, and is close to numerous bars, restaurants and shops, free public parking and a large park with a public beach, a surf and sailing school with the possibility of renting boats and pedal boats. I welcome friendly and respectful people.

This lovely apartment is located on the first floor of the "Il Gabbiano" Residence. In June 2019 it was completely renovated and finely furnished, and is located on the enchanting Cannobio lakefront.
The privileged position of the apartment offers romantic panoramic views of Lake Maggiore, of the Lombard and Swiss shores.

The apartment covers 55 square meters, and consists of:
- entrance with mirror and coat rack
- a bright living room and dining room with satellite TV
- large balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful view of the lake
- a kitchen equipped with everything you need, with gas stove, oven, sink, fridge and freezer
- a double bedroom with lake view
- a small room with a single bed (perfect for a child / young person or as an extra bed for an adult),
- a bathroom with toilet, bidet and bath / shower

On request it is possible to have a set of high quality towels (€ 8.00 per person).
Nearby there are several free public parking lots, or there is the possibility to rent a private garage for a fee (€ 10, 00 per day, depending on availability).

Alles super gelaufen, Wohnung war sauber ,liegt direkt am See.Laura war eine Nette Gastgeberin, die auch gut deutsch spricht. Würde ich wieder buchen.

Super Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade, von wo aus alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist, z.B. Supermarkt, Gaststätten Bäcker, Fähranleger... Parken ist in ca. 80 m kostenlos (außer Sonntags wegen Wochenmarkt) möglich. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man vor die Haustür fahren. Mietgarage wird auch angeboten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und deren Mutter war sehr angenehm. Vereinbarungen wurden zuverlässig und pünktlich eingehalten.

Wunderbare Wohnung direkt am See

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lauras Wohnung. Sie ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hat gottseidank Heizung, war nötig Anfang November. Der Blick auf den See sowohl vom Schlaf- als auch vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch.
