There was plenty of room for 5 and great parking. There were minor hiccups with the property and access to the pool area and elevators can be very hard to get at checkout time. The unit was clean and worked great for our family of 8 including 2 children. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The kitchen is very modern and included a nice coffee maker and coffee beans. The beds were comfortable. It is an easy ride to Banff and Lake Louise. The apartment was as described online with all amenities available for use. With just a short drive you're in Banff exploring all the amazing attractions. A little more emphasis can be placed on sanitizing the floors but other than that we had a great stay! The host also responded in a timely manner to answer any questions. All in all the unit was comfortable, quiet, well equipped and serviced our family's needs quite well. These hosts know how to treat their guests well! I highly recommend Grey Owls Nest! ##### Gina M.
