Excellent 5 days stay at Mountain View Inn! Reasonably priced, big clean rooms, ample parking space and easily walkable to the Main Street in Canmore. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall, the facilities were nice, well maintained and clean. However, the room construction allowed unnecessary noise including foot steps from the unit above and tenant conversations from the adjoining rooms.

Liked: comfy bed, nice view, cool temp worked great, pretty clean, friendly staff Basic hotel and amenities, but the room itself is a good size, clean and comfy. Coffee in the morning isn't reliable (the milk for it was rancid), toiletries are subpar, and housekeeping took so long to start we never ended up getting it during our 4 night stay. Overall we enjoyed it, but only needed the room at night for sleep as we were out on different hikes everyday.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom must have flooded at some point because the door was so swollen it wouldn’t close and all the baseboards were all swollen too. Kinda gross
